I have both a Bangkok Bank account and Transfer Wise but still have no idea how to pay my bills as I don’t have the PEA account details. QR code is invalid; when I tried to upload the the PEA Smart Plus app it said not available in this country; and PEA E-service kept giving host error, so don’t know I’m supposed to pay bill 🤷🏻‍♀️I’ve messaged them for help, or can anyone else kindly offer advice? 🙏

When I purchased my house just south of Pattaya I went to my bank and got a letter for the water and electric company. Then went to the Electric company and water company. After the monthly payments are taken out automatically every month.

it’s my favorite! Use to go 2 or 3 times a year before Covid! If I was to totally move to Thailand would live in Hua Hin.

Is the property paid for? If not how do you make payments? Is the house occupied by others at the moment? You can also use Wise to transfer, exchange and deposit to your Thai account, create bill pay in that account. I have used Wise very recently with safe and reasonable rates. Much cheaper than PayPal and the banks on rates of exchange.

PEA has a app "PEA Smart Plus"

Do you not have Thai bank accounts if you have a house? Banking apps can pay. I pay all my bills with Kasikorn app
