Sorry for the late reply, I'm honestly not sure. We definitely have one on file at that office as we've owned the same home and have been going there 5+ yrs...Really not sure if it's a requirement for this extension but like I said, we already have one on file for sure. Wish I could be more helpful on that.

I didn't. I went in almost expecting to be denied the extension anyway. I did come back and re-read it, though just to confirm some sanity.

I believe the officer truly wanted to help us. There's a lack of clarity about the new rules. Seems as with other issues, it may differ from office(r) to office(r).
