Again I am a foreigner and I pay for sticky rice to local street vendor through QR- from my Thai bank!

My friend - since you are part of banking system! Before survey and initiative to grant foreigners access to pay online! What and how would it be possible?Again survey is needed to get foreigners have thai bank account! For many its a task with lots of hoops and hassles! Had it been simple to have open Thai bank account for foreigners than paying online or through QR won’t be an issue! May be I miss something— but how about survey for foreigners getting Thai bank account??
