I think you're missing the point of getting a college degree. 90% of the stuff you learn in college you will not use. But what you do use is that you have the capacity and ability to learn. It also allows you to grow up and give you time to ponder about your future. The bonus is that it gives you a certificate at the end that is a way in for interviews. But college is not for everyone. If you think a 19 year old is mature enough to learn online and build a career out of it then you might be right. But I look at all these people in their early 20s in western countries as a bunch of soft ass dumb fucks.
Bro, get an education, you can play later. If you waste your 20s away, your 30s and 40s will hate you as you have nothing saved up. I know Canada is a piece of shit country that is cold as hell and expensive. Just suck it up first and get an education and build a career.
What you think your value is and what you can sell is 2 different stories. Thais don't want to buy used and the Chinese do not buy used. It is not like America where inventory is low. I hope you can sell it for what it is worth, but it will be a headache to sell. They build a shinny new hip condo every 2 years in Jomtien and I would rather move to a new building every 2 years. Thai buildings get ugly due to this weather. Avoid the headache.
Do not buy condos here in Thailand. They are trash and you will lose money in the long run. The interest on your money will pay for your condo rental here.
