I know all about demand. The Thais think that their goods and services are inelastic but it is actually elastic. Westerners will look for different options if they increase their prices too much. I would rather fly out to another country and relax.

it amazes me how the Thais don't understand supply and demand. When business is down, they increase prices to make up for the decrease in demand. Thus, it would lower their demand in the long term. This is also true for all businesses they run.
