Why would you torture her like this? You're suppose to improve her life, not make it worst. England has bad weather, bad food, bad teeth, crazy inflation, some part of it is a bit racist, and she won't understand that working class accent. Also, there is a high chance that she will leave you when she starts working and interact with other guys. Come on, you gotta think this through.

The banks are smart enough to know that it is very hard for you to sell a used condo or house that you legally cannot own. They will do you a favor and not give you a mortgage. Why buy when it is cheaper to rent? These Thai properties are dead money.

she is Thai, I am sure she has been to Thailand. But she's the 0.001% of Thai girls that have daddy provide for everything. Yes, she lives in a bubble that daddy provided for her. But, I honestly don't believe she has been to the "REAL" Thailand.
