I have a girlfriend in Thailand and I am in uk at the moment, I don’t have a property in my name and the property I live in is in a friends name and so are the bills except broadband, we don’t have any contracts and I have lived here for 11yrs, I work and can show statements for a sponsored visa, is there anything we can do to get her a visa to uk because she thinks it’s not possible

Hi a quick question I’ve looked for information but going round in circles I have a thai fiancé and still waiting for visa because of COVID-19 it’s been delayed but had confirmation from visa company that they are now in process ect she will have a 6 month visa when she comes over and if we marry does that give her the right to stay in U.K. as I have been a British citizen all my life ,what would we need to do for documents ect and question number 2 when we go back to Thailand to visit family does she need to get another visa to go back to the U.K. many thanks for any information

My Thai partner has a UK holiday visa which expires early June, My Thai daughter and my Thai partner were due to Arrive in the UK 26/4/20 however due to covid 19 there flights were cancelled, will I need to make new visa for them to travel once this pandemic is over or will I be Allowed added time on there current visa which expires in June. Thanks ..
