link worked. Wife could register. Next step to upload documents once i reach home. Just learnt that friends have used it too and it works fine. A few crashes when uploading but, she ultimately got through. Thanks to everyone for their help.

You can pay 200 baht to the bank,they will give you a full statement from 1 Jan 2021 to today. Ask the staff at the bank to stamp it. Submit along with bank book copy. Happens to me often.
