Coming to Thailand with a 90 day Non-O visa (Thai Spouse) on Nov 3rd. What is the earliest date that I could apply for the 1 year extension at Bangkok immigration. Marriage registered in Thailand. Have 400k in the Thai bank ready.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a 1-year extension on your Non-O visa in Bangkok when you have 45 days or less remaining on your current visa. Since you arrive on November 3rd, the earliest date you could submit your application would be December 20th, 2021.

In Bangkok you can apply for an extension when you have 45 days or less left on your stamp.

So if you're comin' in on Nov 3rd, the soonest you could apply would be Dec 18th <- (which is a Saturday) so really it'd be Monday the 20th of Dec.
