Don't forget to click the save button after putting in all the info. Then do a search to locate the record and print it out as poof it got filed.

link worked. Wife could register. Next step to upload documents once i reach home. Just learnt that friends have used it too and it works fine. A few crashes when uploading but, she ultimately got through. Thanks to everyone for their help.

You can just go to immigration and do it in person if you can't find the link 🤙 thats what I did because I couldn't figure out how to do it online.
