Depends on how much money you have and whether or not you can waste the time. I haven’t gone to an agency but my friends that do can’t afford to waste a few hours and let their agents do the work and think that something is wrong with me.

Near impossible to obtain a Covid19 test result within 72 hrs of flight departure. Cancelled four flights already.

I have a nonimmigrant O visa based on Thai family in Thailand . I’ve lived in Thailand for years. My wife has a few homes. She’s a middle class Thai who earned an MBA in the states. Her family is general officer military. Money is not an issue. I formerly owned manufacturing facilities in Thailand. I still can’t get back !

Multiple relationships with Thais or others is associated with HIV. Not in anyway trying to look down or insult you. Many of us have had multiple relationships. Best to be tested for HIV,syphilis and HCV to prevent transmissions others and for your care.

I was a foot ware manufacturer with a BOI company for ten years and could not own more then 49% of the company. We employed at minimum 168 Thais.

I could not own “ my house”. It was in the name of my business partner. I could have owned the house but not the land but didn’t need the additional aggravation.
