this is the second time you've said this & again I will say your wrong ....I am married to a thai , we are both in Australia ...Contact Anorma at the RTE Canberra , she will tell you that my visa , a Non Imm type " O " with a re-entry permit is permitted ...so before you keep giving people the wrong info contact her ...she sent me the " Pre Approval COE just yesterday ...thanks
