TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, commercial air traffic to Thailand is restricted, and travelers must book with specific airlines that are authorized to operate flights. There is a limited list of approved airlines, including Qatar and Thai Airways, from which you can book flights to Bangkok. While chartered flights may also be an option, many travelers are advised to check available commercial flights as certain airlines are still operational. It’s important to verify the current flight availability based on your departure location and keep track of any delays that some carriers may experience.

Odds are if its available to book it's one of the approved semi-commercial flights. There is a list of specific airlines and flight numbers (of the leg to thailand), but I can't seem to find it.

Depends on where you're flying from, but commercial air traffic is still suspended into Thailand. There is a list of specific airlines and flights that you can book by yourself, but that depends on where you're flying from.

Best thing to do is download the Flightaware App, that tells you all the flights that hav departed & landed. All upto date.
