No test , your local doctor will have you’re medical history record anyway .. I did mine some 10 years ago now , and was charged £80 I think .. . Go to reception explain what’s needed …. Done ..

Easy Visa , about £500 total , you’ll need to supply your residence & bank dets , that show you can support her during her stay, showing that she won’t be doing ‘ any ‘ work during her stay also
