I arrive to Thailand Oct 12th on a single flight ticket with a Non Imm O-A long stay visa ( 1 year ). Am i right in assuming i wont need to show any outbound flight with such a long visa?

Quick question which I’ve tried to find the answer for but can’t.

I’m applying in UK for a Non Imm O-A Visa (currently waiting for funds to season and get medical certificate and police check).

Once I receive my Visa do my funds (£20k) have to stay in my bank forever (I can find answers to this but I think the answers I have found apply to this Visa being obtained in Thailand not UK, but I could be wrong).

Thank you🙏

On return to UK in May, I am now thinking the Non Imm O-A Visa is better for me than the Non Imm O based on being married to a Thai. Funds are in bank UK account able to cover either. I may be in UK for 3-4 months so enough time to be able to get either.

Is the Non O-A a better Visa once I return to Thailand...

Yay..I've finally got my Non Imm O-A visa! 😁 Many thanks to all on this site who have helped me through the process.

Now, just one more question. When do I need to season my 800000B? Is it when I apply for my extension of visa in a years time ?
