That's not correct, they can be topped up and used like any Thai sim card. Only the original deal (which isn't even a deal) expires.

You need the O visa first and then extentions of stay every year. The O is classed as a long term visa

If your visa and extention of stay is based on 'retirement' without your own 800k then it will be fraudulently obtained by the agent. If based on marriage then being female you dont need to prove any financials.

You can use your own funds and just get an agent to push the paperwork, this perfectly legit
