You can stay in Thailand for more than 3 months with Multi-Entry Tourist Visa (METV). You can check Thailand Embassy in your country for requirements. No work allowed with that visa.

Well... I even had an affidavit about income from my Embassy with "unemployed", nobody gave any attention to it =)

But, as always, it highly depends on the person approving your papers.

Yes. Each entry gives you 60 days stamp. As long as the entry is made before "valid until" date.

You can not get 12 months stamp by entering with "marriage" visa. Only with Non OA "retirement" visa.
