yes you can return and stay as you are on the same address

But a fresh one will be needed

If you never leave ( we have a UK client never left Thailand) since he come 😄

He never change or update his TM30 the same since yearssssssssss 😅

Needed for submitting the 90 days report with the re entry stamp where your new 90 days will be calculated based on it 🥰🙏

at a stop if you are the unlucky person

And if they find you have no 90 days report they can fine you.

The law is

If a foreigner staying in the Kingdom over 90 days without notifying the immigration bureau or notifying the immigration bureau later than the set period, a fine of 2,000 Baht will be collected. If a foreigner who did not make the notification of staying over 90 days is arrested, he will be fined 4,000.

@Lianne *******
you can do it 14 days earlier than the due date

Or as max as 7 days after the due date without a fine

If you cross the 7 days

Then you are subject to be fined.

We don't know what is your nationality as first

But if we assume that you are a Romanian

So use your ticket to come to Thailand so you won't lose it

Then you will arrive with 60 days visa exemption.

If later on your DTV visa issued

Then fly out to any nearby country and come in Thailand again using DTV to enter

Or can do a border Bounce to Cambodia and activate it

Good luck
AllSabai ******
By standard it is multiple reentry and that is mentioned in the visa

Plus Multiple reentry Stamp permit is for Non-Immigrant Visas

And DTV is not a Non-Immigrant Visa
AllSabai ******
Yes and they will mention that note in the visa issued that your passport is valid up to ....

Then you get new passport can go out and in

Carry the visa print with the old passport with you
