Recommend you and muaythai school in Chiangmai. They can support both DTV or ED visa by themselves documentation, it’s a muaythai school under Thailand education ministry. Contact by facebook: Chiangmai Muay Thai Gym. Or IG: chiangmaimuaythaigym

You cannot use anyone or an agent to obtain a DTV visa for your boyfriend because the agents are not affiliated with any Thai embassy. Just follow the instructions given by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
