Less rules, weather, living space, easy simple life (country side) It's not for everybody. Many get in problems.

Went for my self and for/with friends to immigration Nongkhai and Bueng Kan No attorney or agent needed. Cost between half and one hour. You can find the needed papers on the internet as well as the money requierment. It's so easy and they help excellent. No need to spent money for nothing. The easiest thing to do.
