I will be applying for an METV soon. I am worried they will give me a single entry.. what is the best reason to give for METV? Can you explain what you highlighted in blue?

The immigration in Pattaya found my TM30 online with my passport number. My landlord had put the wrong door number so immigration sorted it while I waited. I gave them their phone number and she called them and said to re do it online with correct number. It took 3 phone calls and 20 mins.

I would be more worried about a lease agreement than TM30 if it was done online..

Better to send an email to agent than call them. This way you have evidence of their answer back to u to show immigration they are not cooperating.

they are asking for original receipts from rental contracts don’t think cancelling would work also don’t want to take the chance. Think they realise ppl book and cancel for free.
