Thanks - sorry I do have a multiple entry visa. So was wondering if I would get 30 days, or just until 31st December, as per every other time I enter Thailand.
at the moment all international travel is against government advice unless essential - so travelling anywhere in the world for tourism is likely to result in insurance problems
in the small print they will always have a clause about travelling against government advice - you would need to get an individual tailored policy to do so
As a tourist you would be travelling against government advice and so your travel insurance would be invalid - you would also need separate Covid insurance to get into Thailand
