seems you're unaware of our benefits system and what we British can claim: unemployment benefits, top ups for low incomes, various allowances for disability, pension credit benefits, council tax benefits, industrial injury benefit etc etc. You may think that means people are sponging. I don't, but I know there's always going to be some Brits who play the system. fyi no Chang required.
