 thanks for your response. No she didn’t apply online, she got a non b stamped on here passport in her country. From Philippines if that matters.

So she just needs to go there and contact immigration office in airport and they will correct it for her?

Phuket town immigration said they cannot do anything.

 her visa will expire on August 23. Her due will be on August 22nd. When do you think we should ask her HR to cut cancel her visa. Should i apply for the extension based on medical reason before her visa gets cancelled or I can apply after?

 thank you for your reply. Yes she has non b visa in which the company will cut on august together with her work permit. Not sure what is “the sticker” and “the stamp” is.
