U can drive a motorcycle in thailand up to 60 days on a tourist visa without a Thai licence and 90 days on an non o visa using a license from another country.

Go througg the Phillipines US Embassy. You will be charged if u do any transactions from your direct deposits to your savings BB account if you do not use the BB branch that you oppened the savings account under. The direct deposit account is handled by the BB branch and a debit card is not given.
