I don’t normally respond to negative comments however, the person I’m talking about is my father.

He has insurance in the country in which he lives however if he leaves that country the insurance will no longer be valid. Hence the reason for needing health insurance. He is not trying to dodge the law etc. He is simply trying to relocate legally to a place where he can have a better life. Sadly money does not grow on trees therefore taking chances with no insurance etc is not an option and quite frankly irresponsible.

thanks but unfortunately that still leaves a person with no medical insurance which can end up being a costly situation.
