i m currently in thailand. But we will visit USA middle of next year for 2-3 weeks. I do not think it can be completed 4 steps as Pom argent mentioned by couple week as we travel around.

For step 2-3-4, we need to do it at DC, right? Can i do in Florida and step 4 at DC?

i try everything. It is too difficult to go and get notary in usa because we won’t live in usa and process takes 3 months
