The Non Immigrant visa confirms you as resident for the purposes of the Land Transport Act, that’s about it.

The OA has no Thai bank requirements. You use the funds in your home country bank account.

incorrect. You switch in country from visa exempt to Non-O. Standard practice at Immigration, you do not need to leave the Kingdom.

DTV_BegPecker there is no such thing as an adult child. They are either a child with severe developmental limitations or an adult with severe developmental limitations. Both can be a dependent.
