thats an antifungal product. you can buy similar at the pharmacy for 100 baht (brand name is nizoral but there is cheaper)

it was probably malassezia overgrowth which is normal out here (if you have bumps on your forehead or itchy scalp its the same).

large parts of the country are also completely inaccessible to foreigners

foreigners and even most burmese are prohibited from going to those places

they arent fighting in yangon ffs

because i work for a foundation, i dont qualify to get a ONE YEAR extension of stay

i can only get 3 months at a time
