Does Yangon require proof of application for a work permit to get a non-b?

I have the invitation letter from my lawyer that is registering a foundation for me... but obviously no work permit is forthcoming until this is all sorted (I think Tod is familiar with my situation)

I have a meeting in Yangon next week... so I'd really prefer to go there.... thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
In order to obtain a non-B visa in Yangon, you will need to provide proof of application for a work permit. It is also required that the foundation is registered before you can utilize their documentation for the visa process.

Just try it, the only way to find out. But I hope you not trying to tell now that the registration of the foundation is already taking 1 year.

There is not much other options, you won't get the Non Immigrant B visa for the intention to set up a foundation or company.

I think it will be the same. An invitation letter of a lawyer is not enough. You need the foundation papers.
