Mine, in Pattaya, req'd 80% when the COE was approved. Park Plaza in Bangkok requires 5000 baht down payment.

The F2F really doesn't require much more than say "Fit to Fly", and that's it. With a scrawled signature. But, really should be legitimate. Nice to say something like "no covid symptoms", but not required.
