If you don't make it, then search group for coming in on visa exempt, then apply for 90 Non-Imm O visa, then 1 year "O" extension

I went to Promenada Mall last week a little after 1pm. I had TM 47 already filled out, handed it and passport to man checking out front, then directed to lady at desk inside. In and out in a few minutes.

Sounds like you are good to stay here until your stamped date. You would have to get a year extension in October, if you want to stay. You would have to get a reentry permit if you want to leave, and then return to Thailand between now and then.

I went to FBI website, they have contractors that do this kind of work for them. But it does cost if you want it fast. Probably around $150 for overnight.

So I ended up going to court records and got a document that showed i was never charged. Faxed and mailed it to embassy last week. Received retirement visa yesterday and I am flying to Thailand tomorrow morning. Nothing like cutting it close. So is the passport with visa in it all I need at airport?
