I live in same Condo... since february... at that time the reception reported something... but I do not know what and I do not know if they - or I - have to do this continiously each time one have exemption/extention/new visa.

Correct. 4 months in Thailand is almost over... This is great news... I thought that multiple entry tourist visa had additional requirements... so this is exactly what i will apply for... I guess...🤔
