Hi, Do any travellers still fill TM6 form once enter in Thailand or not?

Due to my bf come to visit me and this is his first time to Thailand. I need to ensure the information.

Ps. I heard that the form was permanently cancelled but now im not sure, Is it still needed or not.

What should I do if I encounter a 'system error' when using the Morchana app with my Thaipass QR code?

Guys have revieved by Thaipass through the great people at Trunk. But...I am having trouble with the Mocchana app. When I scan   the Thaipass QR code and press save, I get "system error" or invalid Thaipass details".

Anyone else have this problem or solution?

Quick update.

Arrived today at Suvarnabhumi from the UK on an SETV obtained by post. No hotel or outward flight given. I had no baht on me. Straight through. No problems.  Not a recommendation just an update.
