If leaving Thailand with the typical tourist visa... +1 month extension +1 one month with border run... all is fine... going back to residence country...

Would there be any issues doing it all one more time after just 2 months?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the feasibility of leaving Thailand with a typical tourist visa, having already extended it for one month and performed a border run for an additional month, and whether they could repeat this process after only two months of being back in their home country. Responses indicate that while exact outcomes can't be predicted, it is unlikely that issues would arise if the user's visa history with Thailand is as described.

Unlikely you would have any issues, if that is the sum total of your visa history in Thailand. It does become a problem at some ill defined stage but I don't think you'll have a problem with that if you have only been here once before.

It will be new but you can't just keep doing that forever with tourist entries, with only short periods outside the country. But you'll be able to do it this time if right now you only have one prior visa. If you keep doing it, effectively living in Thailand on tourist entries, at some point you'll likely be questioned. But fine for a while.

Back to my own country, start all over, apply and get multi entry visa, then new situation, as I understand it...

Would be nice if we can tell you. We are not fortune tellers.

a multiple entry tourist visa Kent.

It’s only available in your home country and it’s valid for 6 months with each entry getting a 60 day stamp.

If you leave and re enter before the enter before date you will get a final 60 days that you extend by 30 days giving you about 9 months.

You would need to get the visa just before you leave home.

Correct. 4 months in Thailand is almost over... This is great news... I thought that multiple entry tourist visa had additional requirements... so this is exactly what i will apply for... I guess...🤔

So you just had 4 months in Thailand with one single entry tourist visa one 30 day extension and one 30 day visa exempt by doing a boarder bounce.

If you’re going back to your home country for 2 months you should apply for a multiple entry tourist visa that you can get nearly 9 months out of if used correctly.

There is always a chance a immigration officer could stop you on any entry and ask you for proof of funds accommodation and onward travel.
