I doubt it very much..

I believe she would need to be an Australian citizen or resident and at least lived in Australia for 2 years minimum.

You should be able to find the qualifying criteria for pensions on the government centerlink website

It's not a Visa..

It's actually a free Visa exemption entry for up to 60 days.

Your passport will be stamped with the end date of the 60 days and no other paperwork or application is required...Just your passport

Phnom Penh is a great city on the river and well worth a visit for a few days ..

Siem Reap and the Temples of Angkor are one of the biggest tourist destinations in SE Asia and attract millions of visitors every year..

And if you want something quite different head to the coast in Cambodia and check out Sihanoukville and Kampot and some lovely quiet beach areas along the coast..

You can even travel overland by bus from Sihanoukville back into Thailand via Ko Kong along the coast..

Interesting trip and onwards to Trat Thailand and even Koh Chang island Thailand and back to Pattaya or onwards to Bangkok.

I have been over most of Cambodia and it's a fascinating country and well worth a very good look.

The world is your oyster in Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand and years of adventures to experience if you want to 😁

The hotel is required by law to register you as a guest..

That's why they take a copy or picture of your passport

Book your return around 55 to 58 days from entry date

The day of entry is counted as day 1 of your 60 days..

This ensures you don't need to pay for a visa extension for 1 or 2 days or pay the overstay fine if you don't get a last minute extension..

In case of flight cancelation or schedule changes.

Check with the airline if it's possible to change the ticket booked with your airline miles just in case you decide to stay longer and extend your initial 60 day excemption entry

There is also an Evisa option for Cambodia so you can apply online before you travel which speeds up the entry process as you don't need to do the visa on arrival when you get there.
