Phil Jones ño read the reports. One was in Vietnam where they said they would only accept a ftf from a doctor in Vietnam. The other was a check in agent in Dubai who decided a foreign doctors ftf was unacceptable. Those were the 2 reasons

needed by who? The airline? I have read Etihad have made passengers test. However as stated above it is not a requirement of the Thai government for citizens to have a test before returning
