TLDR : Answer Summary
The question seeks clarification on the approval chances for a DTV visa if reapplying just one month after a rejection from Cambodia, while planning to submit the application in Vietnam. Comments indicate that there may be no strict waiting period, but emphasize the importance of understanding the reasons for the previous rejection and addressing them in the new application to avoid incurring additional costs and potential failures.
Honestly, it doesn't matter how short or long of a time period any applicant that had been Rejected and then departed to fly to another country and immediately Re-Apply again
The most important consideration would be to fully understand WHY the Thai E–Visa Application was Rejected in the first place and anyone re-applying would need to rectify any deficiencies of the Thai E–Visa application to meet all the requirements and requisites of any particular Thai Embassy/Thai Consulate to be successful in re-applying again
otherwise, losing again USD $400, $350 or however much the DTV E–Visa Fee is for any particular Thai Embassy/Thai Consulate and wasted time waiting for processing of an unsuccessful Thai E–Visa Application
