But I explained to the family lady about my particular circumstance, and she changed the collection date to one a month later..

It would appear that the poster uses Pattaya Immigration, as do I.

4) In February 2020, I applied for a re-entry permit during the 'under consideration' period, and was given it without a question.

Furthermore, I returned to the Family Visa Extension section, explained the reason for my return, and she extended the consideration period to two months.

I've found that you can get the 'bank letter' (and statement if required) from any bank branch, regardless of where your account is held, for ฿100 from Kasikorn and Bangkok, though I understand that certain banks charge more.
