thank you so much, I really appreciate your opinion. Yes, we do not want to stuck with agent again. Yes going out of Thailand is the best option i guess. To make sure we do everything right.

He did transfer 800,000 baht to Thai Bank Account after 1 week he got a retirement visa by agent and also did transfer 65,000 baht every month. But we just afraid that the 800,000 come later one week after, never drop never withdraw.

If he has a rental agreement and TM.30 in Bangkok, he can extend it without issue, right? Thank you for your reply.
