Just a update on the HSBC bank account, thanks for all the advice, had a closer look and you need £75,000 in an expat account and a UK address if you put Thailand in it will not accept your application,

Thanks for all the replies, I'm trying to get a marriage visa and stay in Thai, I have to go to the Thai embassy in London so onto get her indoors divorce papers stamped as she is divorced in England but not recognised in Thailand so asking for there advice as well, so by the time we sort her marriage out and try and get married it looks like a border run to extend my time ,
