TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out the retirement visa form, you should enter the city of departure from your home country as your last port of embarkation. If you encounter issues uploading bank statements, consider combining multiple JPEG files into one document, as the upload system may only accept single files. Additionally, check if your file size is within the upload limits, as larger files can cause upload failures.

Also consider your file size.. sometimes there is a size limit and you need to compress the file to get it to upload.. eg. photos taken in 4k mode, HD mode or SD mode will all have different file sizes because of differences in resolution.. so once you've created statements in a single 'file' it may be worth checking this as well ๐
If this is for the visa application itself I would put the departure city from your country that you're leaving from seeing as you have to be in your country when you apply for the Visa that's where you'd be leaving from once you get it.
If this is just for that tdac arrival card online program, they don't care, put whatever you want.
As far as the conundrum that you can only upload one file, use a search engine and search for file combiner online so that you can combine all the jpegs into one file and upload it in the required spot.
