that’s not how law works. A contract has to be deemed reasonable or else it’s not enforceable. You could add a clause in the contract that says use accommodation to process narcotics, that would t be enforceable ridiculous example I know but to show my point.

in this case that wouldn’t apply. I agree just get on with.

to be fair it doesn’t matter if it’s in the contract or not. If it’s illegal it’s illegal, full stop. Still that’s life. Either accept it or not 🤷‍♂️
