The answer to your question is common sense , the original guys comment is correct also… 0-60 on exempt report to immigration for extension and leave on day 89

any foreigner in Thailand must report if they are in Thailand for 90 days regardless of visa. The only exception is LTR which is 12 months

Hi bro , I was working in Indonesia and applied from Sydney (just used my license as proof of location) got my DTV no issues

correct , I done mine in January and had issues getting a residency cert because I hadn’t done a 90 day report. Ended up having to get it from nonthanburi ( this hurdle may have changed now )

They will obviously also need. tM30 to get the residence certificate

Anonymous participant yeah technically when we all get into the last year of the visa towards the back half the entry stamps will start getting lower to reflect 5 years of your date of approval

For example my approval date is 12 November 2024 and my end date is 11 November 2029 so if I entered on the 10th of November 2029 I would only get a 1 day stamp. ( and most likely be asked to show a return flight the next day )
