I have tried to get answers from the US Thai embassy and all they tell me is to apply online ( very frustrating ) so I will do my retirement visa when I get to Thailand

I am looking to rent or lease long term , as far as budget goes , I know that $25,000 to $35,000 a month should get me a lot , but so many others have said not to let people know that ( this is where I get trapped )

Only looking for a 1 bedroom , preferably with a soaking tub and a shower , with a beach view , gym , pool , nicely furnished , with maybe the option to have room cleaning
