Trying to do TR 60  evisa and having difficulty why does Thailand make it so difficult

 I booked a hotel in Pattaya but the form does not allow you to put in Pattaya as the city

 Has anyone else had this problem

I just bought a ticket, insurance, and 1 night stay(4000baht) at a Pattaya AQ/ASQ for Nov 11th...should i apply for the COE or wait until the 1st? IF i get the COE now, will it be valid on the 11th?
