Just get the landlord to create an online account, and allow you to file your own. Very easily done

Setting up and even owning a percentage of a business is not employment provided the owner doesn't work and employs the requisite number of Thai people, pays them minimum wage and pays their social security. Sitting at the back of the coffee shop counting the profits is ok

Yes. I don't know if it's only one bank involved in the 300 baht levy and whether they tender for this, but no doubt the bank will want a cut of the 300, so this will have to be built into the system. The UK also has a similar set up now

Do DTV visa holders need an ETA to enter Thailand?

One report stated there was a problem with bringing the banks into it as the idea is to coincide the ETA with the 300 baht tourism tax. So yes I think it's an IT issue which will be resolved next year

I pay taxes in Australia. The Australian government subsequently gives Thailand $46 million in foreign aid. Box ticked. 😂😂

I've really no idea. You would have to read the DTA signed by Switzerland and Thailand, and ascertain your own residency status. What people don't realise is every individual situation is different.
