ah yes, thanks for pointing that out. Then he can pretty much exit however he wants. Personally I would rather find cheap flights than sit on a bus for hours.

Check flights to the closest cities: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos. Unless you want to sit on a bus for hours to do a border run.

But as you applied while in Thailand which you’re not suppose to do, I would go up by plane to be safe.
