You want a 5 year visa but only willing to pay for 3 months of classes? FAFO, you’re going to donate $400 dollars and get a METV. 40k and a year of unlimited, that’s $100 dollars a month.. I don’t think you’ll find a better deal than that.
That’s not how it works, Foreign Affairs and Immigration aren’t connected. My daughter got her DTV approved while in country because they were taking forever. Immigration just said go out and come back in to activate it.
