ah yes, thanks for pointing that out. Then he can pretty much exit however he wants. Personally I would rather find cheap flights than sit on a bus for hours.

Check flights to the closest cities: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos. Unless you want to sit on a bus for hours to do a border run.

But as you applied while in Thailand which you’re not suppose to do, I would go up by plane to be safe.

so if you don’t get picked up by the cops for some random reason you can just exit at 180 days and re-enter no dramas without reporting at 90 days
